  • Woltemade and Wissa

Together, we wont see much more of that I think....

My take on it is that we lose too much running power with Woltemade as a midfielder, or more should I say in stead of a midfielder.

Systems need time to bed in.

7 changes, injured players coming back in for minutes. Partnerships like Thiaw and Botman will need time to gel.

Botman needs some time to get back up to match sharpness, that is abundantly clear. He'll be back to his best with a run of games, that with the current lack of fit defenders he'll certainly get the those minutes.

Nick put through a good ball to Barnes or the goal. He was influential throughout the first hour. Wissa's substitution and Nick moving forward is ta tactical change that still needs work.

A wins a win, through to the next round.

If it was a case of Having Gordon on top form, anyone of the right wingers on top form, Murphy on last seasons form for example, Then the play with the new lads would have developed faster.

Despite several of the reliable players have been well off form during the first half of the season, the team are in the semi final of the Carabao cup again, into the 4th round of the FA Cup, 11th in the Champions League looking to make the KO stages & 3 points of the Billion Quid spending Bin Dips in 4th place in the Premier League.

We're on for the Quadruple lads!

Mark my words this time next year Rodders, we'll be millionaires! hahaha

If Wissa buried his chances, we would be talking we are about to have another Ba-Cisse spring

        100% true Marat.

Without doubt if he'd hit it first time and buried it. The whole tie would have played out completely differently.

Elanga's early season opportunity had similar vibes to the Miggy miss. It's fine margins in the Premier League as the saying goes.

A boots length makes the difference.

Funnily enough, I actually thought Voldermort looked much better with Wissa.

I think it has potential and we'll see it again.
