  • NUFC vs Brentford

As ever, it all depends on which NUFC turn up. Be a great game to get 3 points from, given our relative positions.

Am I right in thinking that Brentford's away from is poor?

Anyhoo, I'm in the Lakes with iffy WiFi and only terrestrial telly so my contributions here may be minimal.

Strangely, I'm feeling fairly positive about this one.

Willock again and Murphy starting was hoping Elanga would get a start after his fantastic goal on wednesday.

Newcastle United: Nick Pope, Kieran Trippier, Lewis Hall, Sven Botman, Sandro Tonali, Yoane Wissa, Harvey Barnes, Malick Thiaw, Jacob Murphy, Joe Willock, Bruno Guimar?es (c)

Substitutes: Aaron Ramsdale, William Osula, Anthony Elanga, Nick Woltemade, Dan Burn, Alex Murphy, Jacob Ramsey, Leo Shahar, Sean Neave

      Happy with that line up.

Yep, I think this could work out well.
Can't watch this one - but I am strangely optimistic tht we'll really put a shift in here.
        Fingers crossed!!

Excellent! Let's keep the momentum going and this could be a very, very important game.
A decent win would give us a huge confidence boost. Get your shooting boots working, Mr Wissa!!

Seems to this seasons Achilles heel for the Toon. 1 step forward and 2 two steps......

We look so ****. I cant see us winning this. Maybe, just maybe, a draw.

Its funny how you can see that they will score...
