  • Ideally where there is a bit of time left in the window

Instead of stirring and disrupting our players it would be best in my mind if PiddlePool could put a deal on the table, close to the M150, say 120 up front and 20M or 25M of add ons to get the greedy sod off our hands, also to provide for a good end to our window.

Lets face it, if Isak stays, he'll never be the same as he was at his best. He'll sulk when the fans give him stick and will always feel he's the victim. How can he give his best with that inbuilt attitude, so next window he won't be worth anywhere near the dosh we would get for him this window.

I say cash in at the best price with as much up front as possible as quick as possible while there is still a bit of time to pick up genuine bargains such as Thiaw and others just eager to come to the prem.

    We're in an invidious position.

Sell him and we lose one of Europe's best strikers and basically become Liverpool's bitch...or keep him and have a player who doesn't want to be here and, as you say, won't give his best.

    That's glass half empty.

Glass half full? Sell him and we get around 140 million to spend and can di good business elsewhere. Keep him and we can reintegrate one of Europe's best strikers and annoy Liverpool and their arrogant knoddish fans.

Don't know where the level in my glass is but it definitely tastes of piss.

I'll make a prediction Zip. If the TURD does go to Piddlepool I'll bet he will become a flop. Particularly for that money. They don't play our style of play and they haven't any one on their staff who can bring out the special in players like Eddie can. They have only been good in the past because collectively they have so many, in fact a surplus of good individual players on their books, just as Manure had in the past (bubble burst)

Get him out and get players in with heart and attitude and we will have an all round better squad.

He goes and we get good money. He stays and sulks and will never be the player he was. He's finished. Cash in and repair.

I did want him to stay - but the way he?s dragged it out he should just go.

But, We cannot let Liverpool get him cheap!

They need to pay the premium for what they have done. Not close to 150m but it needs to be 150m up front

And they need to do it now! Every day longer another million goes on.

Or sell to PSG for 80m

To be fair he has mised quite a lot of games for us. Something like 25%. He isn't Shearer and isn't at his level let alone Suarez, Messi, Henry. The right player in with correct attitude who is robust and has 75% of his abilities would be better.

I can see him under prrssure from fans from the off with that fee and I can see Ekitike and him clashing wanting to be the king of the jungle.

A dry spell, injury and Ekitike firing could see him throwing the toys out again and I think he will miss EH influence.

Exactly this Sclox. He will be a lost boy in no time at PiddlePool.

And those biased nutters of red fans are unforgiving.

According to the cesspool reporting of Sky, Liverpool are sniffing around Wissa but he only has eyes for us.

Good on him if thats true. And its a big if.

Anfield BS knows no bounds. Clearly feeling a bit insecure about us this summer.

                Agreed.

He won't be the central point there. He'll even have to give up pens to Saleh.

I'd rather keep him and then sell him next summer, even if it is lower that ?150 million.

If we keep him, he'll have to reintergrate to a degree to play and he'll want to play for that money move and WC year.

I want him gone but on our terms and not for LiVARpools benefit.

I think if somehow he does stay Jammy, it will be ages if ever, he is back to his best and it's unlikely his attitude will ever be good again. I can't see us getting anywhere near 100M next season.

Cash in now and finish up with a better dedicated squad who want to be here and want to play for the TOON.

It's hard to manage the situation without a Sporting Director and Chief Executive.
I'd feel a lot better about it if they met our evaluation and we somehow got Elliot back in the deal too.

Beleba at Brighton has proven once again that the cartel and their media shills have the power to destabilise and disrupt other Premier League clubs.

In Brighton we have a club based on the willingness to sell off their top talent fort top dollar.

Once again the price talked about is an English Transfer record of 116-120 m quid mark.

In what planet are we considering 5m more for a striker with back to back 20+ Prem Goals?

Beleba has done the honourable thing when the tapping up began. He handed in a transfer request to get the job done.

Regardless of the transfer request Brighton, did what they do and set price, pay it or shut up.

There has been no price from Newcastle United for the striker. Regardless of what has been said - the 150m quid is a made up number conjured from thin air by press pack.

The club's stance is 'Not for Sale.'

If the Scouser were serious buyers they'd have started at 150m quid. The game of bullying clubs and tapping up players only works on clubs like Brighton who are in the business to sell players to cartel clubs. The other also ran mid-table fodder like Fulham are there to make up the numbers and happy to sell players to to generate money.

Newcastle United are not that anymore. Our beloved club will not be dictated to or push around by any club and certainly not their media shills.

The club has money. It doesn't need to sell the striker to fund all the transfer we need to turn this ridiculous transfer window into a quiet success.

I said this in every post here and everywhere else that Isak won't be leaving this summer.

The club has brought in the Right Winger, Goal Keeper & the Right sided Centre Back. The 3 major issues in the first team we have been desperate to reinforce.

Yes, we are still playing catch up with the squad thinner than the last time we went into the Champions League.

Wissa on the coat tails of Thiaw coming in bolsters our front line. Whether the young 'elite level development' Striker is also signed in this window remains to be seen.

There are reports from Italy we're also in for 2 other top top quality young CMFs. Al Khannous is also a very interesting prospect.

                      However, as it stands.

                      1 - Liverpool don't have 150m
2 - The chairman has been insulted and this situation will only strength his resolve
3 - The player hasn't even put in a transfer request
4 - The agent is a small time hack and has humiliated the player and cause a huge mess all for his own benefit. Rocking up at Anfield for a friendly & attending the Charity Shield.

None of the agents actions or the players have or will change the fact. The Player is not for sale.

3 yrs on his contract he has 2 choices after 1st of Sept.

1 - Refuse to play for the team he is contracted to and face weekly fines. Destroying his reputation & fitness in a World Cup year. Remain on the same contract and boohoo only 120k a week

2 - He accepts one of the revised contract extensions the club has no doubt offered him with a considerable bump in pay and inclusive of release clauses which become active in the summer of 2026. Eat humble pie with the manager, the squad. Take his lumps. Make some sort of statement to the fans. Get back to doing his frigging job and score the goals needed to ensure that his antics which have derailed the clubs summer players don't wreck the new season ahead.

Option 1 is marred with legal action and the player will get hammered.
Option 2 is going to be very uncomfortable at first but in the long run gets the club and player a reasonably mutually satisfactory conclusion in 12 months time.

The agent needs to go too, he needs to be fired.
