Apperently - I stress only on a couple of sites so far - neither of which is BBC or Sky.

Isak has asked his agent to explore a route out of LiVARpool with Barca his preferred destination.

I so hope this is true

What a surprise... No one saw this coming.

So Merseyside wasn't the fancy upgrade from Tyneside the muppet thought it was.

The reality is that NUFC definitely got the best of the lads career. He's gonna fade away into injury oblivion now.

      Couldn't happen to a more arrogant pr!ck.

Where ever he goes, he'll never recapture the levels of adoration and appreciate he had in Newcastle.

I really do hope that is true

Probably would mean Rashford back to Man U as an added bonus 😂

Liverpool would recoup no where near what they paid for him, and I reckon Barca could only afford a loan deal anyways.

2 seasons rotting in Spain to see his value drop before he ships off back to Germany a has been thinking about what he could have been.

        Merry Xmas everyone 🤣

Barcelona are under financial restrictions by UEFA. So they'll want a loan to buy for 2 yrs, the lads value is about 80m at best after missing pretty much a full season of football.

He'll not return to the levels of his time at SJP ... Poor fella haha.

Ideal for a La Liga return. A slower, more open, less physical game. More pansy, he can be injured more often and it not matter so much.

He'd do well at Barca if he's able to stay injury-free.

Personally, I hope he fades away at the 'pool.

He won't and can't stay 'injury-free'. The leg break is different but the lad has 'Hip Abductor issues'.

The abductor https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adduct...les_of_the_hip is the core of the body.

He will be plagued with injuries for the rest of his career. It will only get worse with age.

He didnt pull up any tress when he played in Spain before and after the broken leg he will probably be worse Ekitike is a better striker so hopefully he will enjoy being a regular bench warmer at the scousers.

He did quite well in an average team in Spain, I'd say. And he was brilliant for us.

Turns out, he was a brilliant pr!ck. Hope his career goes in the sh!tter now. But like Raga said, the pace and physicality of the La Liga would suit him much better. Wouldn't be a bad move for him, to be honest.

350,000 quid a week to warm the bench. Brilliant.

Na only scored 7 goals for Sociedad the season before he signed for the Toon.

possibly but wouldn't be a surprise. I mean, Wissa hasn't worked out at Newcastle, the club are looking for at least 1 striker in the summer. Wissa could end up in Saudi or if Meteta moves on from Palace, Wissa would be the ideal replacement.

He's got a book value of 44m quid in the summer so a 35m quid offer from Palace would see the Congolese hit the bricks back to Electric avenue.

Didn?t we get a hefty comp pay out for Wissa too 🤑

Good point, yes there will have been compensation. However, not sure if it's just a scheduled amount of insurance money that covers the players wages.

I would assume that the deal with Brentford wasn't 55m quid, it'll be 45+10 or 50+5.

The +5/10 will not be achieved obviously. The man hasn't been able to hit the side of a barn let alone goal scoring targets.
