So it has finally come out that Shola is being moved on from his Loan Manager role to a newly created ambassadorial role within the club.

I, for one, think this is a great move. Shola as an ambassador works and I think he'll be great at it.

Having a new proffessional loan manager in will be very beneficial I think. As we've all said, our loans haven't worked in many years.

This to me, feels like the new CEO doing a full root and branch evaluation of the club and pruning where needed.

No more jobs for the boys, get qualified people in.

If we are going to be seen as a serious club for young players to come too then Carl Cort 😉 is not going to inspire confidence in parents or agents.
