  • Our new home kit

Whomever it was in the club that gave the final approval on that, secretly hates us.

    Not even secretly.

    It's absolutely fucking appalling.

And before anyobe says 'there's not much you can do with black and white stripes'...so??? Don't do anything. Change the colour, the sleeves, the thickness...but don't design a totally different kit. It's like a lower league club trying to be trendy. It's the sort of kit Primary School teams wear.

    It's fucking shite.

Can you tell I'm not happy about it?

      It's pretty awful.

      Addidas have properly screwed us.

The Juve kit is made by them and it looks great.

The Juve had some really awful kits by adidas, tbh.
My understanding is that the manufacturers rotate classic designs with some, say, experimental ones. As no one is buying new kit every season, so their goal is to hit one specific audience once in 3-4 years

One theory I?ve heard is it makes producing moody shirts a lot more difficult/obvious.

Flip side, it means more people buy genuine shirts and more income for the club.

Btw, if they release it without sponsor, I might be tempted to buy one

I quite like it to be honest. it is bold and different, what we need right now.

Call me old-fashioned, but I just don't understand what the blue colour is doing on our home shirt. We had it years back too, and it was horrid IMO.
