I think the biggest shame there is Harrison, who was supposed to be our next big thing but he doesn't seem to have progressed the way we hoped.

I think it's quite telling that we never sent him out on loan and the best he got was training with first team squad.

I wonder what happened, whether it was his attitude or our set up. . . If he got to use to early for how we want our system.

Be interesting to see where he ends up to be honest.

Robocop is on the cusp of it but this has to be his make or break season as we have to officially register him now as he'll be over 21.

We have a problem in our youth sides with quality, pretty much every youngster who leaves us ends up in floating around League 2, non league. I don't know of any who went on to play in higher leagues. Apart from Ľubom?r ?atka a young center back from Slovakia who plays for the Slovakian national team

Vuckic went on to play top flight football abroad and had a decent international career I believe.

But yes, you are right - we seem to be doing everything we can do to change that though.

Should start bearing results within a few years.
