See he's signed on for another twelve months, for me it's a good move. His experience will tell as a sub, always liked his composure on the ball, they're always looking for a thirty five year old head on a twenty year old body.

Aye, not a problem if he's not a starter.

Amazing bargain, given we paid 3 mil for him and a great servant to the club.

        Great news.

It's also a heavily lower paid contract according to all reports.

I think we've missed him a lot more than we realised, coming forward with the ball out of defence.

I hope he retires with us and goes into coaching. Great understanding of the game and great technical skills that others could learn from.

He's not at the level he used to be, so a more withdrawn role for the coming season seems appropriate. Legend!

Truly class him as a legend of the club

He has literally put his body on the line for this club.

When I clicked for the video I was expecting him to be doing an interview and sounding like Johnny Concussion from American Dad 😂

              Fabian Schar always gets up!!

If I remember correctly didn't he say he was going to go back into the banking/business world which is where he was before becoming a professional footballer, could be wrong though as it was some time ago.

                  Great player for the club.

Solid pro, glad he's got an extension.

We need that level of professionalism and experience to push Thiaw to be better and develop.

Also take some minutes of Malick's legs.

With the club only focusing on the league and domestic cups the need to sign another CB is not essential.

Bigger fish to fry in different positions.
