I don't like it as a Newcastle United shirt.

Problem is - every time you go through the supermarket checkout wearing this shirt you get charged ?100.

      I'm here all week....

          It's not great quite frankly.

NO queue outside the shop and all sizes still avaliable on website. . . very very rare for that to happen.

Hopefully they realise it's ****ed up and we get better next season.

            It's absolutely fucking minging.

What's as bad, though, is the lack of sponsor. How on earth can that be allowed to happen??

The new sponsorship deal has been processing since the end of the season. It's being held up by approvals.

11 labs is rumoured and the deal was supposed to me ?40m / season which the Prem are blocking due to complaints from the Cartel

I was told by someone who is correct more than he's incorrect that the cartel are pressuring the Prem to control NUFC's revenue.

They prem's fair market value committee believe the value is too high

Despite the club being in the UCL 2 out of the last 4 seasons

Also the recent approach by investment groups to acquire 20% @ ?300m means the club value is currently ?1.5Billion the 'totally independent and in no way influenced by the Prem board or cartel' 3rd party independent fair market value committee believe that the value of NUFC's front of shirt sponsor value has dropped from Sela's ?25m/season to closer to ?18m/season

The club, despite not being in Europe had more global exposure than ever before with Gordon's sale to Barcelona.
The constant press of Isak last season.
Bruno and the English lads in the world cup.
Woltemade & thiaw there with Germany.

It's clear that the clubs is moving closer to the cartel clubs and they are getting increasingly more nervous. So they rules and restrictions are getting tighter and tighter.

                The shirt is appalling.
                No more to say.

Aye - as Rag said this isn't overly the clubs fault beyond trying to get it done earlier but equally I don't think they thought they'd be hit with a "unfair amount".

The qualification of 'Fair Market Value' is arbitrary.

They apparently have a algorithm that works out the value based on specific key points. I don't know what those exact points are.

There was a shift from the original FMV 'Test'. Originally the league had a book value where was not available to the club. So clubs would submit bids, wait then get rejections without a reason why.

Now the clubs have more visibility on the criteria so I don't believe that a slick commercial group like Hopkinson's team would submit something that wouldn't just fly through.

This once again smacks of anti-NUFC corruption.

With the NOX sponsorship deal in place, the extension of the NOON sleeve sponsor, once again the cartel are circling the wagons. The arrival of a heavy hitter like Hopkinson has clearly put the wind up them.
