  • Gonzalo Garcia

Gonzalo Garcia and Victor Munoz are good friends. The two forwards developed a strong bond while playing together through the youth ranks at Real Madrid.

They have cultivated a very supportive professional and personal relationship, openly praising each other's talents in interviews and on social media. When Munoz scored his debut goal, he specifically credited his easy chemistry on the pitch with Garcia. Similarly, Garcia has expressed excitement about seeing his close friend make his senior debut and earn his international call-up to the Spanish National Team.

Newcastle United are interested in Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Garcia as Eddie Howe seeks to strengthen his attacking options. Newcastle have held discussions with Real Madrid regarding Garcia, and have also advanced talks over Victor Munoz. Garcia is being considered as one of several names assessed for a new centre-forward position at Newcastle.

    Gonzalo Garcia 'Perfect Hat-trick'.

I would be delighted this lad is a proper No.9 but also has the ability to play across the front 3.

Playing Gonzalo Garcia and Munoz flanking Woltemade as a False No.9 is seriously exciting!

Pierre Mounguengue - PSG academy grad. Out of contract end of the month.

This lad is gonna be an Elite striker in years to come. On a free it's a no-lose-situation.

If he develops into an Elite player the club win
If he develops in a solid player and the club sell him it's pure profit.

      Win-win.

Should the club bring in Garcia someone Wissa or Osula has to be going out the door. Should Mounguengue (say that when ya've had a few beers) be drafted in as back-up to Garcia then One will definitely be heading for the door.

I don't care which Wissa or Osula. It's clear neither can be relied upon to get the 20+ goals lost by the departure of I-Suk based on the season just gone.

      Exciting times for sure!

The 18 year-old was PSG U19’s top scorer last season. Strasbourg has already made him two offers too, and other clubs are in the mix. [Fabrice Hawkins] Lots of news today. ".

Defensa Central has reported on Gonzalo Garcia?s stance on leaving Real Madrid, stating that the Spanish striker is willing to start a new chapter at another club. According to the report, his chances of playing regular first-team football will be blocked by Kylian Mbappe and another player named Garcia. The report adds that the striker thought he would play many more minutes this season after finishing as top scorer at last summer?s Club World Cup. It also states that the club wanted to renew his contract and find a way to offload Endrick, as Xabi Alonso had significant confidence in him. However, the report states the manager did not use him much when Kylian Mbappe was available, and that ?lvaro Arbeloa has used him even less. The report says Garcia is willing to leave because he is young and needs playing time to continue developing, and he knows that by playing regularly for a top-flight team he could earn a place on the Spanish national team. The report adds that this is considered virtually impossible at Real Madrid with the current attackers and Endrick also returning in the summer.

You may have noticed that this kid is fast becoming my Summer Transfer obsession this season. hahaha

If you get the chance to check out any of Garcia's highlight reels you'll see why.

He's got the technical ability, the Football IQ & the physicality to play as a proper No.9. However, developed at the Castilla Real Madrid academy as a modern forward he can play across the front 3.

Ideal flexibility to improve the attacking unit.

Trying to find a hightlight 'sizzle' reel of this lad without garbage music is impossible it seems.

here a reel with the least offensive music I could find.

The hype merchants are comparing him to Benzema & Raul.

He's gonna be a world class striker and a Super Star. I just hope that's at Newcastle United not Dortmund or else where.

In response to the Wissa or Osuala debate.

I would rather sell Wissa but I suspect it would be Osula simply based on age and finances involved.

that's sound logic. I'd have to agree with you mate.

If Wissa has a good world cup there might be some buyers. I mean the geezer scored 19 non pen goals the season before last.

He's still fit and just 29 still. He's been fit all his career. He's got 3 years left in his legs.

If you're one of the promoted teams or even a Spurs, a team desperate for goals, would take a punt on him for around 35m. His book value is 40m after 1 year of amortisation.

                50+5m was the total deal but Wissa won't hit the add-ons. So 50m/5 = 10m 50-10= 40m book value.

So a 5m loss to sell him on wouldn't be too bad.

                Osula's value, signed for 15m 2 yrs ago. 15 / 5 = 3m a year. 15 - 6 = 9m book value

                Selling him for 35m - 9m = 26m profit.

The financial delta between the two is 31m quid.

                Wissa week wages - 140,000
                Osula wekk wage - 30,000

Getting Wissa off the books would make a lot more sense.

I still think there's a very good player in Osula and getting rid could be a huge mistake.

Did Wissa have a 'Miggy' season that one time? I think so. The 3 seasons before in the Prem, he scored 12, 7 and 7.

I'd snap aomeone's hand off if they offered even ?30 mil (I know that's not good on the books but I think we need to cut our losses).

Very good question it very much could being a Miguel Wissa situation.

If the club can 30+m for the Wissa right the arm off and call the chauffeur.

Osula's sale being different. The club should include buy-backs and sells up with the wazoo! Make sure any sales isn't a deal to lament in a few years time if the lad does turn into prime R9.

Apparently Eddie wants to keep Osula around due to his development since joining the club 2 seasons ago. Will's determination to improve and his dedication to extra training after group sessions is why the manager and coaches have invested in Will & their investment is being repaid. He's also a great lad. Brilliant attitude.

He's also growing up a lot from the giddy kid to a more professional personality.

It has been a story of progress from Osula and I'm sure he will be around next season. That said, he needs to put up the numbers. 10-15 goals and double figure assists are required.

Osula at 22 compared to Garcia at 22 is night and day.

Osula is still a rough talent. The scrappy underdog from Shef United.

Garcia is in comparison is a talent, silky smooth, closer to the finished article. A pedigree player, raised in the elite environment of Castilla Real Madrid.

Garcia's development to become an elite Champions League player will only be curtailed by career ending injuries, which lord willing, he never suffers.

Osula's a Adama Traore type. Traore came through at Barcelona, his unique freaky physicality meant they would take a chance on his pace and power.

However, at the elite level those basic building blocks are 2ndry to the mentality, technique and psychology required to go from Adama Traore to a Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben.

In Osula is all the ingredients. In Garcia the ingredients are mixed and in the oven. The Garcia oven is about to go 'Ding'.

Just to clarify. I'd prefer we did sell Wissa and keep Osula whilst also bringing Garcia in.

                        Can we get Garcia?

Why not? 3 things need to happen to make a transfer possible.

                        1. A willing player
                        2. A willing selling club
                        3. A willing buying club

                        1. A willing player - Garcia has made it clear he wants to leave Madrid this season.

After being Golden boot at the Club World Championship last summer, neither Alonso nor Arbeloa played him.

Mourinho rarely uses youth players. He prefers the elite players, that's his style.

Endrick returns to Real Madrid after last season on loan with Marseille pushing Garcia down to 3rd or 4th choice.

At 22/23 Garcia has to play. Furthermore, as I've mentioned before, Garcia is best mates with Munoz, who NUFC is close to signing. That personal link will be a massive bonus to any bid NUFC make. Matching money of other offers and having the ability to offer playing day to day with your best mate. Priceless.

                        2. A willing selling club - Mourinho will have Endrick & the first teams

The Chairman of Real Madrid is going to spend 150m euro on an elite player either Olise or Kvaratskhelia. Real are also looking at Julián Álvarez.

Anyway you cut it Garcia is not gonna see a lot of game time.

With that spending spree on the card Real Will not stand in the way of Garcia leaving for the right money. 40-50m GBP 50-60m Euro would be about right money I guess and would be excellent business for a player of his quality.

                        3. A willing buying club

The word from people I know is that the club want to sign a 'WOW, statement signing.' Whilst he's not a Vini Jr. Garcia's signature would be an absolute Coup for NUFC.

He represents the next generation of elite player. In 4-5 yrs time he'll be a starter for Spain.

There is talk that NUFC need a Proper No.9 as they don't believe that, despite his development Osula can not be relied upon to score the goals needed to fire the club back into the top 4-5 places and Champions League qualification.

So, to wrap up. Yes, Optimistic me says yes. I don't see why not.

                        1,2,3 - Yes.

Getting Munoz signed up will increase the probability.

Ross Wilson has an excellent reputation for maintaining a strong, professional relationship with Best of You Sports and multiple major agencies across European football.

                        Best of you rep Garcia.

                        Sidebar
[Within the football industry, Wilson is widely recognized as a diplomatic and consensus-building executive. In fact, leading industry insiders and agents famously nicknamed him "Kofi Annan" due to his exceptional ability to mediate intense transfer sagas and take the heat out of complex negotiations.]

                        That's kind of impressive.

                              HAHAHAHAHA!

I'm sure there is a Lynx / Axe body spray tidal wave of smoking hot chicas sprinting over hills, swimming oceans, lakes and rivers to have a shot at that young man's title.

Beside my long suffering fiancee would prove why you should never cross certain lines with Russian women & commence to chopping parts off me.

However, I shall concede it's rather unhealthy how much I want this lad to sign for NUFC. The kids a goal scorer, what can I say. He's also got that kind of swagger and attitude to carry the weight of the No.9 shirt.

I was correct about Woltemade last season.

The two of Garcia & Woltemade combining up top, playing clever passes in combination with Munoz, Barnes, Elanga & A.N.Other providing pace down the flanks is a very exciting prospect indeed.
