  • Isak - Internationals

Isak has been called up for the Sweeden squad - no surprise when you look at JDT comments couple of weeks ago.

I hope that we put in an official - we're not happy with this, he's had no pre-season and won't be fit.

Cos it would be absolute sods law he gets crocked.

Unlike refusing to play for Newcastle, if he can and does play for Sweden. and gets injured there, Newcastle apparently foot the bill in rehab while still unable to use him! No win win there then. It really boils my blood his total lack of maturity. We need to get rid of him he has become a liability.

Aye, we alll agree he has to go.

But on our terms and not rewarding cntish behavior. 150 mill or reintagrate for a season,/Jan then sell. If not reserves. A message has to be sent.

Pretty sure theres some accounting black magic could be done with his wages as a faulty asset or something for PSR.

I'd give Osula a run and try for a late loan until Jan or next Summer. Not ideal of course.

Had enough of Brentford and Wolves too.

        It's a Mexican standoff.

He has to go. He can't go.

I mean, realistically, it's the second one, isn't it. Even if we get Strand Larsen, we can't go with just one striker until January (I'm not counting Osula). He has to wind his fucking neck in and play for us.

He won?t be our player when he joins the Swedish squad for international duty.

agree, he will get his move to the red scum. Id never wish injury on a player

but im fairly certain, the entire football world outside of Liverpool would piss themselves

laughing if he moves to Liverpool and gets crocked on Sweden duty.

The scouse meltdown would be a thing of beauty

I cannot see Isak integrating back into the playing squad - I really do hope Elanga plays and acts as if Isak isn?t even on the pitch

Sell him Liverpool at the 11th hour, for the right price (absolutely do not take a hit), get the money, then pour coffee on the fax machine just as the relevant documentation is being sent.

Then watch Isak sit unable to play for his new club as they didn?t register him in time.

I would love to live in an ideal world

There?s no way back the PIF left his house with their tails between their legs.

So the most interesting thing I've seen today about this.

Sweeden have put him up for media duties. . . could be very interesting.

Well, let's see how this works out in the end.......

I don't really see "PIF" and "tail between legs" being a good fit with each other

Sorry to bump this up months after - but it is relevant

JDT has now been sacked after 1 point in 4 games for Sweeden.

As someone who supported Isak's strike I have little sympathy but I wonder if he thinks it was a good move now Isak's fitness, or lack of, has clearly impacted the way Sweeden have played.

I do feel for Elanga though.

Aye-zero sympathy for him after he sided with the rat.

Can't they still make it through the playoffs, though?

They can but it's significantly harder having lost to Kosovo last night.

Lowest rated on stats v Manure and subbed on 72 mins by Chiesa who became highest rated in just 18 mins plus stoppage time

Pig in a poke purchase comes to mind.
