  • Isak to Liverpool Official

    Auf Wiedersehen Rat.
Sold for ?130m. Less than some were hoping for but glad the saga is over.
Structure of the deal isn't clear yet.

I think we're going to have an interesting last day of the window.

GOOD RIDDANCE TO THIS ROTTEN KUNT !!!!!

I'd have taken 120 to get rid of him, as he's completely STUFFED our start to the season, and we could have retained Wilson before selling him. ANYWAY, let's try and get that second striker in NOW !!!! The clock is ticking....

What are the odds Wolte-machine to outscore Isak-rat this season?

Glad he?s gone - but not for that price

Saying that, it?s easy for me to be a keyboard warrior and turn down 125m or 130m

That money has to be spent now though, I hope they have their ducks in a row for an influx of players (strikers) we need at least 1 but ideally 2 as Osula needs to go out on loan somewhere.

Fuming at the price though - and if we do not replace him now, and invest that money this window - then what was the point in selling him.

            Like i say - not my 125m

And regardless of the fact that this is obviously a pragmatic decision (with PSR, we're just not in a position to give up that amount of money and let a player rot in the reserves), the optics on this are awful.

I can only hope that one day, when we are on top and Liverpool are a team in transition, that we return this favour 😡

These LIVERPOOL *******s really did a number on us during this window! They waited for the very last minute to scuttle us from signing HUGO EKITIKE, then they have been tapping up ISAK and his agent for months.

I still don't forgive those KUNTS when they ripped ANDY CARROL from the club! Not to mention Gini Wijnaldum and Jose Enrique !!!! Hope ISAK does his acl in his first game for them !!!

Well, well. I'm astonished - I reckoned the Saudis were pragmatic, but not that pragmatic!

Very glad to see the back of the weasel - but not to Liverpool for ?125m.

Are PIF just taking the pi$$?

If we were going to accept £125M we might as well have accepted £110 originally offered, and had a lot more likelihood of signing Ekitike (who looks like he will do really well in the Prem)

Had a striker in time to do better than 2 points out of 9.

Had less drama and bull**** around the club.

Hopefully we’ll see PIF come good on a new training ground and a new stadium announcement… at this point I’m not holding my breath, and just feeling a bit let down.

Totally agree if it wasn?t for Eddie Howe a lot more would be asking more questions on the PIF long term plan for us. They are 4 years here now. I fear they will lose interest and we will be like a ghost ship left adrift.

As someone who has championed the PiF cause and believed they would not take this route I am seriously disappointed.

It's a very bad look and one that makes a laughing stock of the club, fans and city.

The very thing we 100% needed to avoid.

To be hours away from the end of the window without a replacement tells the squad a story that opens the door to the likes of Tonali Botman et al following whenever a cartel member comes calling.

Of there is any justice, forces having equal and opposition reactions, nufc will get in thr players needed to have a better season than last and negative actions will occur to the Merseyside river rats.

Won?t happen though, they got the winner against us in the 7 th min of extra time, and Sunday same against Arsenal. They?re just downright jammy, whereas us! We?ll never mind onwards and upwards. It?s ok for the owners they don?t live here and don?t have to face the ridicule that?s coming our way!
