… with Guehi.

Think they went in far too late for Guehi, hopefully as a result of too focussed on Isak… but what’s the outcome going to be.

I’ll tell you… Real Madrid.

All the talk about Guehi has been to replace Konate, as the expectation is he will go to Madrid on a free.

The way Konate is playing, there’s no reason at all Madrid will look over Guehi on a free, a similar age player, who’s playing a blinder, showed he has great character, and he’s not having this shocking blip of form in favour of Konate.

It’s a bit petty, but I hope that Konate leaves on a free somewhere and Guehi heads to Madrid on a free too… and if he feels let down by Liverpool coming in so late for him, then he’s not going to be predisposed to them now.

I'd heard from Raga on here and others elsewhere that it is Barca that Geuhi is looking at.

Apperently he's willing to go there on a free, sign contract in Jan etc.

I think the other piece of the puzzle is that Liverpool are pretty set in attack. Their backline needs help - based on the first few games.
Guehi would have been a more important signing than Isak imo. Oh well... haha
