Quite hard nosed by all accounts, very driven and results orientated. Might upset a few with things like ticket pricing but IMO just the person we need. It?s time the club started to stand up for itself more in the face of PSR and PIF might be hoping this is the man to do it while PIF stay more in the background.

Having read a full interveiw with him I'm even more impressed.

Once he took the job, he's been watching toon matches with the fans in New York before it was known, so he could know how our fans think.

He's moved his wedding to take place in Newcastle.

He's moving his family over.
