  • NUFC Vs Brighton

Hmm.... never won there in the Premier. Now would be a good time to start.

I'm actually staying on Holy Island this weekend...beers, guitars, walk around the island, scran in the Ship Inn....mint stuff....so I'll not be able to listen.

I'll be checking my phone in hope rather than expectation, I think.

Elanga very poor today, we're still toothless up front.

Havent seen a Newcastle side with so little goal threat in years.

Elanga has been horrible, ever since he joined really

Gordon is just as shyte as hes been for the last 6 months

Joelinton and Bruno has looked knackred

Bugger - sounded as though we could easily have come away with a point there.

We could, but Brighton was the best team.

              Well desserved

FFS. At least big Nic scored again although, as silver linings go, that's small comfort.

Aye, there's no doubt that the injury to Wissa has been an enormous blow. A sh!te start to the season and no mistake.

                    Aye, no hiding from it.

Injuries really hurting us at the moment. Best fullback pairing in the league missing as well as two big Summer signings. Loss of form from our wingers has come at exactly the wrong time.

Glad Woltemade scored and I know he plays differently to your usual striker but I want to see more of him as a target in the box. Look forward to Wissa playing alongside him.

Absolutely. I can see him winning and holding the ball, backing into defenders, and feeding it to Wissa. That could work very well I reckon.

                          Every ****ing time with Welbeck.

We really need to push on and start winning again before gaps between European slots open up.

Ironically, statistically we were the better side for most of. . . apart from the one stat that matters most - goals scored.

Poor defending for both goals sadly after we have been pretty solid lately, another brilliant goal from Nick Nick though he is looking a fantastic signing.

Who drops out though? For me it would be Elanga but he plays on the right, not impressed with him at all so far.
