    I don't know why they've changed it but it's a pain in the a*** isn't it?

You'll need to use an image hosting service now, such as imgbb.com, for example, then post the code it provides on here.

Guess it's been changed to provide some degree of censoring images? We used to have to use Tinypic before didn't we?

I presume that it costs them storage space but then it also seems the link to any image works, test from BBC website:

whereas it used to have to be Tinypic. I'm minded to see if there is any censorship on the image posted; that could cause problems

          • O/T:- The Chagossians

Looks like this Labour Government have chucked our BIOT islanders in Chagos uner the bus, with a little help form the previous Tory's. Shamefull really as they have not even been involved in the Chinese handover.
On walking down Clumber Street on a Saturday lunchtime i just wish Lammy & Starmer would give Great Britain back to the British, not much chance of that!.

After reading a little into it the Tory's, in their wisdom, set the ball rolling, Theresa May i think, then Lammy spotted it & kneejerked, feel sorry for the islanders that have not had a say in their destiny.

                • It's not cut and dried yet.

This government tried to sneak it through with no Parliamentary scrutiny, whilst they were not sitting. it looks now like they'll be forced to hold a Parliamentary hearing and there will have to be an act of Parliament passed, before it can be rubber stamped.

Don't forget, this is a government that despises Britishness and our history. With a populist government in Argentina, making noises again, if any UK government is going to cede the Falklands back to them, it will be this, slim, unpatriotic lot.

Any of you read that Reform are moving toward a private prosecution of the Manchester airport thugs if the police don't charge them?

                    Feel sorry for what exactly?

We don't know any of the munutiae of the agreement, with the exception of Diego Garcia, they will presumably be allowed to return to the Islands which is what they've always wanted though it will be very interesting to see how many of them actually do. The only work there seems to be harvesting coconuts.

I know we've managed to keep the military base there, but Lammy in his wisdom forgot that the Mauritians are very, very friendly with the Chinese. A 'listening post' on one of the many other islands and the base becomes all but useless.

Sorry for the indigenous people, they have been bartered by a very not very useful idiot named Lammy, who is not fit to be in the office of foreign office never mind running it.

A proposed rental deal funded by The British Taxpayer, it seems.
What's next The Falklands or Gibraltar ?

They'll be going back (maybe) so what more would you give them? The UK is probably going to pay a huge amount of money to re-establish their infrastructure. Despite all the noise, I doubt that many will want to go back after life in the UK?

Yep, and if the CPS don't act and Reform do I'll be contributing to it for sure
