Mildly negative or cautiously pessimistic sounds a sensible and wise approach to me.

You certainly do not qualify for extreme worlds of toxic negativity, toxic positivity or tragic optimism

It's good job we now have the use of the University of Nottinghams medial facilities. They're going to be quite busy at this rate.

Interestingly on a one year deal. As we know our recruitment team love to take risks but on this occasion they have gone sensibly risk averse

Dr Rhodes is earning his corn already 🤣🤣

These signings all seem "cheap" to me and we havent got a manager yet who is going to be the scapegoat for not turning injury prone/average players good.

With the option of a further year, isn't it? No lose situation.

Would Norburn sign a on year contract and drop a level if he genuinely thought he had plenty left in the tank.Of course he wouldnt and dont buy this notts county project nonsense. He knows he is knackered and its a last pay day.

I'm inclined to agree. He's not had a great time at Blackpool and is definitely on the decline. That's two more spaces in an already bloated squad taken up today and I'm not sure it has improved us. Plus this guy is injured and can't even train with the squad in pre season.

I was hoping for better than this. Especially after McGoldrick's wages being put into the coffers. I hope we have something up our sleeve.

Will No-burn Norburn join the annals of Notts County history alongside Ben Burgervan? For this and more, stay tuned folks.

I do not believe I have never seen Norburn player so will not judge him until I see him play at least half a dozen games or so.

It would be surprisingly if he was not the decline at 32. How he got on at Wigan would be interesting to hear.

I would be absolutely shocked if he is not better than an Edwards or Robertson or a Hinchy. If he is better than one or more of them than he will be an improvement to the squad . Low expectation lowers potential disappointment.

I never saw Pele play but I understand he was quite good.

Did you see highlights of Pele?

No, I don't believe in highlights or anything I read, you have to see them play, those are the rules.

Here's a view from a Blackpool fan. I'm pretty sure he has seen him play the requisite half a dozen times.

                            He’s absolutely ****
