Well it has to be regarded is a risk taking on a rookie manager, remember the last one, but somewhat tempered by the experience of his dad as his assistant. We are due to have success soon but I am always saying this it seems.

Disappointed to see Stewart away , hopefully it?s nothing to do with his Instagram post photo with him and an ex director and more to do with a cost cutting exercise. No surprise Brennan is gone , good player but injury prone and also on a ridiculous wage.
I would have kept Douglas for another season.

I wouldn't read to much into this as Stewart has probably been offered a better deal elsewhere. It is never easy to attract player down South with the ravelling involved on matchdays. Agree about Dickenson he was a luxury we cannot afford given his limited time on the pitch. Douglas was decent but I am sure we can get better. I see Lyons has signed for Ayr and Naysmith.

Former director Jim McLinden is putting money into Gretna now and they?ll apparently sign Dickenson soon.

Pre season training starts tomorrow. Hopefully there’s a few new players there to have a look at before potential signings.
