  • Alloa 5.30pm this Saturday

Lose this and it?s 5 defeats in a row for our FT squad.

Can we afford to sack him or can we afford not to with crowds dwindling away.

A tough call for Billy IMO.

5 in a row he needs to Go...
    He should be away already.

Live on the telly. I guess the players will buck their ideas up.

This is not all down to the manager, - the players have to shoulder a lot of responsibility. Having said that, - if the manager persists with his proven failure of faffing about at goal kicks and forcing players into accepting a pass while under undue pressure, - then he should simply do the honourable thing and resign. One trick ponies should head for the knacker's yard.

If I was in the Queens team I'd be ignoring the manager's tactics and playing a totally different way.

Could he already have an excuse for a defeat already lined up what with these weather conditions :-)

A real chance for the team to get back in the winning way. They have been too soft and too quiet these last games. I hope we have Reece back in midfield taking the game to Alloa.
I expect to see a team motivated by the coaching staff to go for the win.
            Come on Queens.

Really miss big Guthrie and his physical impact up tops.

After today?s results we lie third bottom of the table??..that should be enough to motivate everyone. As for the excuse of the conditions??..it?s windy for both teams??.next.

Still only 1 sub on with 3 minutes to go

I was bemoaning the lack of subs too, - I can?t understand the manager?s lack of initiative.
However, although it wasn?t pretty, hats off to the players for a gutsy performance and scrambling a win right at the end. Well done lads!

Awful game but 3 points so hopefully able to kick on a bit now however it's all been said before.

Re the subs, who else on that bench are you bringing on that improves the team?

Best time to score right at the end of injury time.

For a start, the boy from Kilmarnock! If you don?t give players an opportunity then the parent club will find plenty that can!
At 0-0, and 6-4 to Queens on yellow cards, the next false move could see a red card, - I?m surely not the only punter who thinks you?re playing a risky game? Fresh legs equals fresh opportunities.
Yes, we got 3 points, but no thanks to our manager?s tactics.

Jardi you are talking about what ifs. What if a player was sent off. What if the manager had made a substitution and created further chances. What if the manager had changed his tactics to win a game. Well what if the manager changed the tactics and we got pumped. What if the substitution came on and got a straight red. Or what if that substitution cost a goal. The bottom line is that queens won so give them and the manager a bit of credit. Was it a great performance. Far from it but it was three points so maybe celebrate it a bit. We have a small squad with some talented but soft players. For the first time this season I noticed some players having a pop at each other. The most noticeable being the keeper ripping into mckenzie in first half. I don?t mind this cos it shows they care a bit

The one thing I have noticed this season and it?s maybe a sign of the way the game is going, but qos, or any other side I have seen this season don?t, have a solid hard midfielder. A player that would kick his granny to win a tackle. A McKenna type player. I sometimes think we are way to soft in the middle of the park but with the way the game has turned, maybe these players couldn?t see out 90 minutes these days without getting a red card.

I?ll give the players on the field credit and the manager for making them more gutsy, but the obvious retort to your ?what if? discourse is quite simple, - what if the referee had blown his whistle 30 seconds earlier?
