It would appear the club did the right thing with whatever arrangement they made with his contract. Doesn’t matter about the specifics just that we are not paying the full whack every time he is out of service! In honesty I just hope this is the only occasion this season. Is he a sick note or just unfortunate?Comment

Reading the MH interview it looks like this has been an issue for while and that the previous medical people made mistakes and missed it. As a lot on here said over the last two years our medical and fitness team haven't been good enough.Comment

Can happen at anytime so it?s not something likely to have been missed, just the severity and its impact.

I have had 3 all due to playing football.

I'm sure he wasn't "hiding" anything, but he does seem to be rather injury prone, obviously this is why he's on the contract that he is.
We definitely need another striker, someone with the potential to play more than 10 games a season.
Add this to the other 4 or 5 players we are short, going to be a busy fortnight.Comment
