  • Spooky stats at the mo for us

    Played 18......won 6....drawn 6......lost 6 which = 18

    Scored 20....conceded 20

All these numbers in line, what does it mean?

I know some people relate to figures and their backgrounds as they have another meaning, but I can't think of the name for it.

It's extraordinary that the number of matches we have played is exactly equivalent to the sum of our wins, draws and losses. Has that ever happened before?

I think the number science is RU66itisis based on his lottery hypothesis.

and bang right on cue.....of all the people to interject on what I'd put I knew it would be you.

You've completely missed my point on the facts of 6/6/6 and 20/20. Had it been 9+5+4 I wouldn't have even raised the point.

Egg on the face this time for you I'm afraid

There is a theory somewhere about corresponding numbers and especially on two separate lines but I can't recall what it is and no it's not just coincedance.

Cayton thanks for that on the 'angel' numbers.

          I've come across this lot....

Angel numbers are repeating or predictable number sequences, such as 111, 444, or 321, that are believed to be messages from the universe or spiritual guides. Each sequence has a specific meaning that can provide insight, guidance, or confirmation about one's life path, major decisions, or current circumstances. The belief is that these numbers, appearing in places like clocks, license plates, or receipts, are not a coincidence but rather a form of synchronicity.
          Common examples and their meanings
111: A sign of powerful manifestation, indicating you should focus on your desires.
222: Suggests you should trust the process and have faith, as things are unfolding in divine timing; it can also relate to partnerships.
333: Represents the presence of spirit guides and the need to align your thoughts with the universe.
444: A message of protection and encouragement from angels, affirming you are in the right place.
555: Signals that a big change or new adventure is coming and that you are supported during this transformation.
777: A reminder that you are on the right spiritual path.
888: Indicates that abundance and prosperity are coming your way.
999: Suggests that one chapter is ending and new beginnings are on the horizon.
          How to understand angel numbers
Not a coincidence: When you repeatedly see a specific sequence, it is believed to be a message designed to get your attention, not a random event.
Guidance and confirmation: They can provide guidance during difficult times, confirm you are on the right path, or offer encouragement.
Specific situations: The meaning of the number can often be relevant to your current situation or a decision you are struggling with. For example, seeing 555 may be a sign to embrace a new job opportunity.
What Are Angel Numbers Trying To Tell You? - The Good Trade
An angel number is a repetitive or predictable sequence or pattern of numbers, like 1111, 777, 5656, or 321.

I’ll give you one stat from last Saturday, we had the second lowest attendance in Division 1 ! We are no longer a big club in this division, little wonder we can’t compete in the Champioship !
How do Burton survive on their gates with about 40% of our gate ?

Just playing Brin as it was funny the way you wrote that first line.

                Talking of spooky numbers though.

                1-0 W3 L3
                2-1 W2 L2
                3-0 W1 L1

                0-0 1
                1-1 2
                2-2 3

18 games in and no games ending with a 2 goal difference. Kept 5 clean sheets, been shut out (as the Americans say) 5 times.

What's the odds on Blackpool ending 2-0 or 3-1 ?

666 is the number frequently attributed to Donald Trump
