Prediction League RESULTS for 2025/26 season.

The penultimate table for this weekends scores shows........

No shows: MillersTale.

Weekly winners: 30 goals scored across the 10 games and many chose wisely.

Kicking it all off were Bramley Miller, ELK,YAK and a123 who all scored 10 normal points. Next along came LeedsMiller and myself who scored 12 points. Then it was the turn of CAM who delivered a very good 14 points but, even that score wasn't good enough to claim the bonus points.

Ackworth Miller came storming through to lay down a very good score of 15 points and he was only one result off from scoring a brilliant 10/10. Had Wilson not scored for West Ham in the 93rd minute then he would have collected a further 20 bonus points. Excellent attempt and very well done indeed! The 5 bonus points are yours pal.


Predict a score: x 3 winners. HK Miller, a123 and Ackworth again!

Joker(s) played: There's only one left to play and Glenn Miller didn't play his.

Spoon(s): There were some average scores but the solitary spoon this weekend goes to Avondale with his score of 5 points. Take it away pal.

More shout outs to CAM, Ronners and with his amazing scoring this weekend Ackworth who all break through the 300 point barrier, well done gents. Just a few left to hit this target and it could all be done next Saturday.

With only one more set of fixtures to play and barring a major slip up, Glenn Miller who still has his Joker to play, should be crowned our new Champion. Leeds Miller is applying the pressure on him and just like Ackworth Miller came very close to hitting a perfect 10/10, anything is still possible.

Before I go on to produce the final stats, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your input and efforts in making this another successful Prediction League. Without you it just wouldn't happen so once again thank you one and all.

I'm guaranteed to make a gaff or three throughout the season but, I really enjoy running it with all the challenges of not repeating teams on a weekly basis, almost forgetting to put them up, or as Cayton would point out that my abacus was broken again
Anyway enough jabbering let's see what happened yesterday.

Wow what an anti climax to a season end. Talk about a washout with the scores is an understatement but funny to see . A quick run through things before our new Champion is announced.

No shows: Full final card, well done everyone.

Weekly winners: We've seen some brilliant scores this season but looking at yesterday, I said it was a washout with the scores, so no one scored double normal digits. It was left to YAK to produce 9 points to scoop up the weekly win and bag the extra 5 points to himself. Well done pal.

Predict a score: The final score was Northampton 2 v 3 Plymouth and there were no winners.

Joker(s) played: The final Joker was played on the last day by Glenn Miller and he ended up scoring a low 4 points but doubled them up to 8 so all was not lost.

Spoon(s): There were amazingly 7 of you who all scored 3 points, this was beaten though by a score of 2 points by both Ackworth and Mr Buckaroo. Was that the lowest score, Nah, as Ronners apart from posting late missing the 12.30pm kick offs, delivered a big fat round zero. Unlucky pal but the final spoon is yours.

A final shout out to Bramley Miller as he hit the 300 points mark. It is though all about taking part that counts for everyone and trust you've all enjoyed this season.

It is now though time to crown our new Champion. This man has been sat on the summit for several months and has rightly claimed the crown as his own. Scoring well on more than one occasion he saw off all challenges and richly deserves to be called the NEW Champion.

Glenn Miller congratulations on your success and I look forward to seeing you return next season to defend your title and crown.

I do hope we are all able to join in once again when the new season begins in only a few weeks, it's always a pleasure and trust everyone has a great summer.
