My emotional response is new year off for Hamshaw, that was woeful. You think he and the players would want revenge for the three nil at home, but we came and did nothing no fight no passion all the things he promised and has failed to deliver. Problem is who do you replace him with? And how long will it take, and whilst we have that training ground we will not stop the injury issues. We are talking the warnock miracle season level to stay in this league, yes we need new players but you cannot trust the four horsemen with those new recruits, MH makes Anges time at Forest look a success

Rob scott and Paul Douglas should be stood next to him in the job centre. Chief operating officer my a***, head of recruitment, my 2 year old grandson could do a better job, the titanic had a better chance of staying up when it hit the iceberg than we do with the dugout clowns and the board room yes men.

You talk some bollax but that last sentence takes the biscuit. Yes, it's been 19 days as bad as I can remember at RUFC and it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel but prior to December 10th we were looking like mid-table certainties.Originally posted by Derbymiller View PostMy emotional response is new year off for Hamshaw, that was woeful. That's the way of the world isn't it.Originally posted by Back of the net View PostI agree but he shouldn?t escape the terrible job he?s doing
The buck stops with the manager but the reality is those in charge will probably make an equally suspect appointment to replace him and the downward spiral will continue.

I don’t care what it looked like then, it was a false position, because for 9 games we kept it tight and rode our luck and had plenty with narrow wins and draws. Then MH commits the cardinal sin of bringing people back he should not have.Originally posted by CAMiller View PostYou talk some bollax but that last sentence takes the biscuit. The situation at Rotherham United is now well known throughout the game. Only the cheap unprincipled out of work grabsters will be interested in the managers job when Hamshaw is sacked tomorrow. Nothing will improve until Stewart sells the club. What a sorry state we are now in.

At least the captain went down with the Titanic, our captain / owner is living it up on a cruise ship away from the iceberg.Originally posted by mellowmiller View PostThat's only the tip of the iceberg of what's wrong at the club.
His money his choice it be said.
Our defence all over the place, Wood brought in as defence coach not working.
Dawson having a jeykel & Hyde season, we have Warrington in has goalkeeper coach, doesn't seem to be working.
Fat lady tuning up, ready to sing.
