  • Baptiste's red card rescinded

So another bad Ref's decision is overturned against us.

I said on the night, there's no way that was a red card and finally having reviewed the evidence the FA have overruled the clown that gave it. Thing is nothing ever happens to these incompetent idiots. He was a homer all night.

These are the fine margins, it was never a red card , luck is not with us at the moment, we also scored in the 50 th min that was ruled out for offside that was also debatable, . Boltons 1st goal was offside on boxing day , 3 big decisions there all gone against us ,

Indeed, all against us and when your luck is down it is often followed by more woe

It's been like a bad luck curse this season on many fronts.

At least a morsel of good news and glimmer of hope to start 2026 with. Hopefully the glimmer is still there at 5pm tomorrow

Not sure it would have altered the outcome, but it doesn`t bloody help.

It’s all well but not good. Yes we get the player for the next three games. No we don’t get any points. If we had been drawing on winning and then ending up losing because of the sending off where is the fairness/justice in that. Ok we don’t want a fixture pile up and endless games being replayed but there must be a different outcome when officials make an horrendous decision that clearly affects the outcome of the game. It’s not that lond since we had 2 sendings off at the beginning of a season when both reds were rescinded.

Bit like being told that your new car has been written off but the air freshener still works.

Turns out that the Gore injury also resulted from the red card as he strained his groin doing 'extra' work when we were down to 10. Another thing to thank the ref/EFL for.
