But we have deluded people on here saying, who would want to buy us?.Wycombe were bought recently, who only have an average 5 and half thousand. If our owner lowered his bloated selling price and did the right thing, by selling the club, we would have a much brighter future.

What I'm struggling to understand is why a business person would want to pay this kind of money in order to lose a lot more on the running of it? What would be in it for them?

At least Hartlepool and Wycombe are at least 30 miles from nearest pro footy clubs so you could see it as a means of investing to build a larger club and fan base, as mk dons are trying to do.

American investors were in talks with TS.
He wanted full control of the club to stay on as chairman and be paid ?1 million per year to do so! Those investors now own burton due to his demands, the club is stagnant now and going nowhere, it needs to change and people need to wake up

Sorry I missed from the above that the other group who spoke to TS are the ones who own Burton and are a consortium of Scandinavian businessmen.

I'm a bit confused now. Are the Burton owners American or Scandinavian?

Just bumping this up as an interested in how people who feel that buyers would be out there would answer these questions. I'm not challenging them, but these questions bother me and I can't really see why a buyer would buy us?
