I'm disappointed that the many Trumpsters on here haven't risen to the challenge of answering the question in my opening post. So here's another one that they might find less challenging.

Former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez was sentenced in 2024 to 45 years in prison after being convicted for conspiring to distribute over 400 tons of cocaine into the U.S.

The U.S. Justice Department said Hernandez had financed his political career with drug trafficking proceeds and had used his presidential authority to traffic hundreds of tons of cocaine to the U.S.

At one point, the department said, Hernandez declared that he wanted to stuff the drugs right up the noses of the gringos

The prosecution included testimony from witnesses, including former traffickers. Documents presented in the case said Hernandez facilitated the importation into the U.S. of more than 400 tons of cocaine, equivalent to about 4.5 billion doses, working with co-conspirators armed with machine guns, AR-15 rifles and grenade launchers.

Given that Hernandez was obviously a naughty boy, why did Trump give him a full pardon?

Maybe he spilled a few beans whilst in the company of the US?

The internet clearly divides people and in the main it's rare to see anyone accept that something/someone they once supported/endorsed has become a problem, but...

...given that since the (let's be frank, illegal) kidnapping of Maduro, the same administration is now doing everything to prop up the notion that a murder by its ICE agency was justifiable... I wonder if there are limits to how far people are willing to defend/support/endorse Trump and his cronies. Do people have boundaries when it comes to morality? Do they need to feel personally threatened before accepting things are going in the wrong direction?

Takes out a dictator and drug smuggler, the funding of the communist Russian and Islamic State Iranian black market oil racket. Reduces the access to cheap oil from the worlds biggest communists in China reducing their capacity both economically and millitary.
