Paul Warne signed Jerry Yates on loan at Derby a couple of seasons ago. Hamshaw was coach then, so he's definitely worked with him before.

that is true so perhaps it is just wages and championship level, otherwise why would you play for a team that loses every week, even we don't do that lol
