At what point is race relevant to anything there?Originally posted by Old_time_miller View PostKaleta came here unfit and clearly overweight, and with about as non athletic body as it gets. Think Henry last year. Why do we keep signing muscle bound black players who are in fact very slow?

Take your comment back immediately, that is not, as well you know, what the observation is about. Or have you just not bothered to think about it and just try as usual to stir things up?Originally posted by UlleyMiller View PostAt what point is race relevant to anything there?
Compare body types of Olosunde, Kioso, and many more, Ogbene etc…. to the likes Kelata and Etete etc. Quite a lot of black players we have signed recently have been big muscle bound, not fast moving and easily injured. The former group of our better black players were not of the same body type and coped better.
Sometimes I look at recruitment and think just what are they doing.
Evans signed King Henry as some nicknamed, he was white, but the body type etc still applied. Some body types don’t make x type of footballers.
If only we could pick up Tavenerier or Olosunde body types all the time……mind you, look at the youngsters brought in…..may be they have learned?

I asked you a question because you opted to reference the ethnicity of players in a post where that has zero relevance. I absolutely will not retract a question (not a comment) because someone gets prickled by it.Originally posted by Old_time_miller View PostTake your comment back immediately, that is not, as well you know, what the observation is about. If there's a relevance, explain it. If not, STFU making demands.
