You know absolutely nothing about what he has done behind the scene or what he has had to put up with.

But you?ll take some sort of credit and have a great told you so badge made.
    Shocking immature response.
I go on what I see you clearly don’t.
I go to a lot of games and pay yes pay to go and watch you don’t.
I don’t know what’s gone off behind the scenes however I do know he’s played a system that hasn’t worked all season he’s got no in game management. He’s had every excuse in the book.
You clearly aren’t capable of looking at this from a performance point of view because of your supposed friendship.
I don’t know him not to like him I’ll judge him on results and performances and he’s failed
    That’s not in doubt.
What’s clear is that you as a grown man are not capable of separating your emotions from the facts.
If this was anyone else you would agree but you lack emotional intelligence Frog when it comes to this topic.
    Shallow and pathetic response.

Loyal supporters who aren?t blind to the inadequacies of a manager who is clearly out of his depth.
I thought you were better than this.
Take off the rose tinted glasses.
MH is out of his depth embarrassingly so.

Stop trying to make him into a Martyr he is a football manager and like all managers he lives or dies by results and we are going to be relegated with him the manager. I am sure there are lots of problems he has had to deal with, but you make it sound like they beat him up everyday. The decision to put Martha on today or even put him on the bench was MH decision, that lad has been awful for months and he might come good but he shouldnt have been anywhere near that squad today.
Also let us not forget that MH walked out on the club with PW, he left for a bigger club and opportunity., I don't blame any person for wanting to advance his career, but he walked away, he is not a saint and he is failing in his role of manager.
God knows what will happen, they might keep him but it isn't good for him and it isn't good for the club to extend this any longer. When he goes we should all wish him well in his next role, it isn't personal it is about a man that isnt performing in a cut throat industry.

I am afraid Nombe is far from being immune when it comes to erratic form. Personally, I think he was a yard short today and has been for quite some time, long lay off takes toll with a muscle bound physique. When exactly did he last score in open play?

I really dont get, if we are playing 442, why not have the only natural right winger in the squad on the bench? Jack Holmes is a natural right winger - a position we have never seen him play for us!

Agree better than playing Martha there when we are playing with 3 up front & before Gray or Biancheri in the side.

McWilliams & then Yearwood aren't the type of midfielders we need. Need someone in there in front of the defence to let the likes of Benson push us forward. Need Gore back hopefully for Tuesday. Can't understand how Adeboyega gets in before Agbaire? Know I'm repeating myself but get Ayres & Hatton back if we can. Duncan & now J Holmes more involved.

One of the greatest qualities in a person is loyalty. I respect the fact you want to defend a friend it’s admirable.
I believe the point been made is that you have had a go at someone because of what they have said which is true even if it sounds harsh and the poster can come across that way.
I don’t think anyone wanted MH to fail just like Evans or Taylor even if we have our favourites.
I have asked you repeatedly if you know what he’s had to put up with behind the scenes then tell us if it should change the perspective of what we know and judge.
I’ve said it previously for me on what I have seen on the pitch and his comments/ interviews. He is the worst manager in my lifetime that’s how I see it with no malice just honesty on what I see.
I do agree that you have let your feelings cloud your judgement and that’s understandable tbh.
I have met him twice he’s a good guy but he’s imo not a very good manager of a team at this level.
The stats and other things are clear.

It did copy BOTN and your early comments of support are plain to see. However, it is a results game and like many you have obviously been worn down by the run we are on. I disagree with you about MH being the worse manager we've had, did you forget about AS? In his short time here Leam Richardson was also pretty poor but as recent events show that was probably more an RUFC thing than a LR thing.

To me, yesterday was like watching The Wizard of Oz in reverse. We started with heart, courage and a brain but lost the first two after mistakes by the Tin Man and Cowardly Lion and we finally turned onto The Scarecrow when Watmore and Benson departed

Most supporters of RUFC want the club/players/management to do well ie win games and bring that feel good factor back into our matchday experience and beyond.
But why beat ourselves and others up when things don't go our way? Sh!t happens. However, I will always remain positive and believe that one day the good times will return. All the current doom and gloom will have been forgotten by then.

Whatever you're doing try and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

                              UTM!!!

You have a point about Stubbs Cam although it was a different challenge he faced but yes he wasn’t great.
I think with MH he takes very little accountability it’s been one excuse after another.
We didn’t expect much tbh it was never about promotion just a style of play we could buy into. He’s achieved the opposite.
