The Gray situation sums somethings up, talk without knowing why he had been pulled off.

Anyone who thinks Hamshaw believes he has enough staff, or analysts or tea makers is being naive. As the majority know, it is not up to him to replace staff, set budgets, but others in charge. And it has not been provided.

If the club suddenly after massive cock ups spends nowhere near enough, this is the result. Had it not been the case, has we not had the old, the unfit, the injury prone, of course would have been different. How much? We do not know, but I am sure a lot more given the 9 game run, a 5, and two recent matches where personnel changes DID make a difference.

    That is not being acknowledged.

And RU66, sure the first donny goal inc an offside, but because of Dawson we would still have drawn. You do not want Cann, you are silent on how well the kid has done.
Sounding out how it took MH so long to recognise the needed switch would be fair comment, yet you think the keeper made no difference?

We have failings, but we have to focus on the right things.

It is a bit like calling out MH for being a bad brickie. If whoever did not do the foundation right before he came along, it will show up.

If he did have a complete free hand, we would find out. Based on what those foundation were, lack of money, we did not really know.

There are plenty of signs either way. Results are giving a potential misdirection. Negativity breeds.

The coach said in January he wouldn?t sign players unless they improved us 🤣🤣🤣
        He should do stand up.
Can we create a bingo card on his promises and excuses he?s used/using.
        The great MH lie.

Not been today but watched it on Sky.This was a match which we should have capitalised on but the incompetent coaching team failed to take advantage. The substitutions were very odd.The only threat we had was young Harry who tormented their defence. It would have been better playing him more central alongside Watmore and why have we brought in a very highly thought of forward from Man U and given him only minutes on the pitch? The Board remain silent and looks like they don't care. What a shame, when with better tactical guidance, we have the players to be in a much higher position than we are.

Dawson or Cann I'm not sold on either but look what's in front of them apart from Baptist & Douglas when he's fit + Jules perhaps. Agbaire & Adeboyega no both dodgy.

Nombe can't do it on his own keep saying needed a big forward to feed off.

If you research muscle injuries in football, there have been a significant increase since 2001 and yet again another significant increase since 2020. Now there are various factors for that proposed in the research but certainly key factors are player preparation routines and the way injuries are treated, especially in the first 48 hours. So if our club has not changed the way it prepares players and if the club is not adapting to this change in the way it deals with such injuries, it is highly likely that we would suffer an increase in injuries, recurring injuries and longer recovery times. When our head of club operations, has no idea about it and has left it to the people on the ground, when we have key roles missing or temporary staff in place, it is not hard to see why we have suffered like we have. A complete lack of duty of care, from top to bottom, it isn?t just MH but he is part of a bigger problem.

So presumably Matt Taylor, Leam Richardson and Steve Evans were also part of a bigger problem because they all failed badly too?
How do you think the problems you keep outlining should be solved?

I bet Gerry Gow had a few "muscle injuries" from "stretching".
He ran to the treatment room with his manbag.
                  Not

No doubt but it's no badge of honour later in life is it? You can bet Gerry, Tommy Smith, Dave Watson... and/or their families wish they had been better looked after by the game through injuries/concussions so they could live long and pain free lives in retirement.

Well, one is inexperienced, one is old and set in his ways and dodgy with anything below the waist. But there is a marked difference in performance that is for sure. And at present Cann is the man.

Nombe is about 70% I would say. Not much point having a big man if people or HM do not want it lump up.

Defence….yep exactly. Young kids and Jules.

                          Mellow, etc.
You and a few others seem to think just getting rid of MH will cure it all. I am just saying too much has happened previously for anyone until the summer to sort it out. Whether MH has made errors, we all do, even you. How much it has contributed is debatable.
Just the same as injuries, young players, old players, some looking not bothered.

Clear the old or prone out first, then get experienced in with a sound body, then see how we fair, regardless of manager. This window with lack of money was only ever going to be a patch up. 4 games and could have been win and 3 draws. That was not possible a while back. Same manager.

And yes, still undecided on him.

We do lump it up most of the time then it comes straight back at us.

We can stay up alot more chance with a manager who if he can will bring Ayres back & Duncan send a search party out to locate him!

Actually I've said just the opposite!!
I've pointed out that we've sacked 3 previous managers (two of them very experienced) and things have steadily got worse.
So I'm questioning why some people think sacking the current manager will miraculously improve things.
It will be just like putting a plaster on a big, festering sore but no-one is coming up with a realistic solution to cure the infection.

I have stated multiple times what I think should have been done, not going over again for you just because you want to focus on the poster rather than debate the subject. The club is full of people that have failed the fans
