I think i’m getting techie, it is depressing. In my summing up I didn’t even think of people like spence, kaleta etc, I found when they actually were fit enough to play they made so little impression. Forgettable.

The only two loans I would have back is gore and gray.

As pointed out, we cannot inc loans as retained by offer, so who would you offer a contract to who was OOC?

As for players IN contract, who i?d like to find another home is Martha. Currently in Australia on a bench for a friendly against china.

Missing the extra special tactical workouts at roundwood. (Spot the irony)

      Balmy.

Tell him to stay there. Start world cup training early. Wouldn't be missed!

Providing it was definitely in League 2 I'd offer Rafferty another year but 'strictly' playing as a right back only.

Powell - he's worth another crack and can deliver well on his day, maybe League 2 might sort his style of football.

Jules is solid but, another injury risk pro? Play him in a back four not a three and I feel we could get more out of him.

Gardner - more game time required for this lad.

Ayres - Young and hungry to impress.

          Err.......????? I'm struggling now.

Easier to say no to the following:

          Dawson
          Benson
          James
          Kelly
          Duncan
          Kayode
          Hugill
          Holmes
          Hatton
          Richardson
          Wilson
          McWilliams
          Clarke
          Watmore
          McGuckin

Shows how bad it all is then. You don’t even mention Hall or Martha. Nombe.

I had a nightmare last night. Most of them put a shift in, clarke performed a miracle and contracts were handed out willy nilly and it all went round again.

Bottom line is i”d hardly keep any of them, or ask back. I’ve never known anything like it in nigh on 50 years.

OTM, the reason I haven't mentioned Hall or Martha is they are both in contract up to June 2028 and Nombe up to June 2027. You asked me to name those OOC who I'd keep which I have

The rest can find work elsewhere as far as I'm concerned.

Personally I'd offer Reece James another contract.
He's about the only one at the club that can put a decent cross in and I think he'd probably do a decent job playing in a more advance role.

I'd keep James. Duncan as well. Gone off Spence how he kept costing us goals giving the ball away. Powell also keep.

I should have been fully specific. However, you share the same sentiments.

Looks like most do, with small variances. I think that says a lot, a big tick.

Question is, will they seek elsewhere? Or will we be saddled with mini hugills or blackstocks?

And I believe clubs can influence players to look elsewhere. Our would be younger and would want games, such as world cup willie, low profile wouldn?t get far. Older like hugill can just stick it out.

The club really have to get more savvy. Stop making big mistakes.

Spence is a strange player who may be suffering from a lack of confidence.
When we're out of possession he's happy to put his foot in trying to win the ball back but when we're in possession he tends to hide behind an opponent and not show for the ball which simply isn't good enough.
He does have ability and may show it more in League 2 but can we afford to wait?
I would also keep Powell but he is becoming more injury prone and will probably want to move on anyway and not drop below League 1.
I haven't seen enough of Duncan to form an opinion one way or the other.
