Goalkeeper issue

No one on here or in media saying anything about the bench for friday, assuming dawson out or permanent.

Rules state can only have an emergency keeper, if NO keepers at all. Other than Cann, what have we? Academy?
That would be a lad on none pro terms surely?

Two academy u18’s…….if allowed, one will have to go on bench.

We should start with a back four and play
4-5-1. Protect our goalkeeper at all costs.
Feel out Stevenage's weaknesses. They will have at least one. Increase the tempo and then play 4-4-2 if there's a hint of weakness. Keep it simple and tight with quality passing of the ball.
All the above is achievable. We've had over a week to train, plan and turn over our opponents today.
Let's not get rolled over and our tummies tickled!!

How true spud, how true. Turns out though we did not need to protect for long. If we had gone with the plan stepping on the gas would have shown the same lack.

And this keeper doesn’t need too much protection.
