  • Good luck York City.

Absolutely scandalous that they can finish on 107 points and not get promoted.
    Why aren?t 2 automatically promoted?
Forest Green have a scenario where they can finish 29 points behind York and go up instead of them.

York away on Boxing Day this year please.

He a cracking game at 12:30 today.

Similar thing happened last season. York finished in 2nd place on 96 points 13 points clear of 3rd place. They failed to get promoted. Oldham who finished 26 points behind York were promoted via the play offs.

Well they managed to do it. Left it late with a 90+13 equaliser after going behind to a 90+5 Rochdale goal.
I would prefer an early season game at York when the weather is nice. Make a lovely weekend out of it.
Knowing our luck it will probably be on a Tuesday neet in November.

I managed to see the last 10 minutes of this and I've never, in over 40 years of watching football, seen anything like it. There was only 6 minutes of added time but when Rochdale scored on 90+5 their fans ran onto the pitch and it took a good 5 minutes to restart. Then within a minute or two, York go and scramble the ball over the line. It was total bedlam.

What I will say is that both of these teams would run rings round us right now.

Well over, when seen from the side angle - keeper was way back over the line

I'm not a big fan of the play-offs, but if anyone has benefited from them, it's the Millers, twice.

The last few minutes of utter madness if anyone hasn't seen it.
