  • O/T 2000 Guineas 2026

Anyone up for a punt on the 2000 Guineas today?
Some smart thoroughbreds in the race. Some even smarter trainers have got their charges finely tuned to try and spring a surprise perhaps?
Gstaad is current favourite but I reckon one of the outsiders will take it on at big odds.
If you look at the form it ain't too difficult to see which horse it will be.
Good luck and well done if you back the eventual winner.

      You've got decent odds.

Gstaad is the form horse with Group 1 wins under it's belt. I've taken odds of 5/2 this morning.

This is how far I'm out of touch with flat racing off the top of my head I could only name 4 jockeys riding in that code today. New jump season started yesterday at Uttoxeter. Sean Bowen out of the winners. The Skeltons carried on where they left off from the last one with 3 winners. Watched 2,000 guineas on my phone while I was watching our game on sky sports + good winner like I said never heard of the jockey/trainer.

            I had 8 pounds each-way @ 7-2
            Stake 16 pounds.
Got back 13 pounds 40 pence, so not bad.
