upon us after Thursday's local elections?

It's been alleged that our wonderful UK PM has invited members of the civil service within 10 Downing Street to hand in their notices and then be reemployed to help him fight any challenge to his leadership in the days following the probability of his party losing over one thousand council seats.
Further to that senior MPs in his party are planning a smooth transition and offer the leadership to up to one of four possible candidates to step into his shoes. Might be a bit difficult if the chosen new leader is our Angela.
Must say though, she has done really well for herself.

This self imposed exile of yours seems to be going well.

Still not put a date on my departure from this site. You'll be the first to know when I have made that decision.
FWIW my membership of the other group is going really well.
Thanks for your concern. Much appreciated.

Research it. It's now in the public domain.

The other story now doing the rounds is that many Labour Party candidates have asked that the wonderful PM stays away from their wards in the lead up to the local elections tomorrow, Thursday, 7th May 2026 because the candidates see him as being "toxic".

Our wonderful PM says he's gonna lead his party into the next GE.
If a GE is called in 2026, then he's probably correct.
Local election results been really poor for Labour Party, but will a change of government led by Nigel Farage be any better?

Our wonderful PM is fast losing all sense of reality.
Who would replace him as leader of the Labour Party and become the next PM?
                  Ed Milliband?
                  Angela Rayner?
Your guess would be ... ?

You can bet the other parties are hoping that remains the case.
