  • Lee Clark & Hartlepool United

The Millers may have made a mistake in not appointing Lee Clark as manager, for the 2026 - 2027 season.
Lee Clark has gone to Hartlepool United, a club with proper planning in having a new owner in Landon Smith, the new owner has hit the ground running.
He has appointed Sporting Group International to help secure investors for the club, S.G.International have connections World wide.
Lee Clark has brought in Chris Beech has head of recruitment.
With Clark already in the transfer market.
The Millers loss is Hartlepool's gain.

He must have made an impression on the players with Hugill and possibly Watmore signing.

So if Watmore signs then thats 2 players what won't be playing Sat, Tues, Sat like he was suggesting when he was leaving us.

            Good luck

Hartlepool had a reasonable season last time out finishing 9th. Maybe there's something worth building on hence why Clark took the job.

The standard won't be anything like League 1 so maybe both Hugill and Watmore may find their games easier to play in.

Clark not letting the grass grow under his feet. Now signed Jack Nolan.
                If only.......

Yes, just read that. Might be worth a few shackles on an each way bet for next season.

Wouldn't it be ironic IF Clark got them into League 2 and we were still sat there waiting for them.

A more likely scenario as things stand right now

Ridiculous we set him on, then let him go. May as well have kept MH.

Thing is, Jack Nolan could have been playing at the NYS, if the club had given Lee Clark the job.

ELK, very highly likely as he has targeted him and he has now signed him and I'd wager a bet, not on big money.
