Quick Wordle like quiz for anyone looking in and with some spare time awaiting the next round. Scoring the alphabet as a=1, b=2, c=3.....z=26 come up with the following:-

A valid 5 letter word that scores as low as possible
A valid 5 letter word that scores as high as possible

Don't post your words yet, just your scores (guidelines you should be aiming below 20 and above 100).

As any camp quizmaster would say "Use your noodle, don't use Google!"

Scraped in with a 6 today….though two things I have learnt from todays effort…

.1-I always waste at least one line everyday
2- you can you chose the same letter what you already have…eg..so you have two e”s etc…

In your 1st 2 lines you need words that,between them, give all 5 vowels as that should get you at least one letter even if it's in the wrong place. UTM

I've learned you must be a slow learner as 2 days ago you got ELDER and I think that has 2 Es. I wouldn't have been able to get it without choosing a letter I already had as my previous guess was OLDER.

There are 5 letter words that don't have vowels. They usually use Y as a false vowel.
