Also a birdie. Three in a row. My strategy of alternating between two favourite starter words seems to be paying off. (More likely it’s just a bit of luck!)
Hardest word was SHYLY on June 18th with a 4.19 average (4.43 on MM) and easiest was STRAP on June 16th with a 3.51 average (3.29 on MM). Does this prove that when we are good we are good but when we are bad we are bad, even with the added brain power of Edinburgh who has now bolstered our regular daily attendance to 7?

I think that's generally been the case - but it's not consistently. Maybe the arrival of Edinburgh will put us on a more even keel!

Just completed my 29th round of Wordle golf (522 holes) and that 'buzzard' lifted me to 50 under par.
That's a good way of looking at your lifetime performance. So you're getting round on 70.3 shots per game, on average. Can we say you're playing off a handicap of -1.7?
