6 for me today, I had 4 greens in a row after 3 goes but the last letter could have been any 1 from 5. I put a word in that I knew was wrong but contained 3 of the 5 letters that it could have been, and it was none of them so I had 2 goes left with only 2 letters to choose from and got it at 6th attempt. UTM

6. Knew the basics of the answer after 2 and in retrospect should have had a 5 but with just luck could have had a 2.
The last 2 days just goes to show the hard words can be much easier than the easy words

5 and same as Ronners. Had all but the first letter after 3 goes. There were 5 options for the first letter so sacrificed fourth go with a word that contained 4 of them. It was none of those so had it by elimination in five.
