4 for me. I think I had the same choice, CAM, but didn’t have your elephantine memory of past words so went for the more obvious (wrong) answer first! 😄

A poor 9 in Quordle that should have been a 7 but I'm suffering word fatigue

After getting 4 yellows on 2 attempts, it took me f*****g ages to find the actual word, and as redhouse says, that was tough.

Had the first 3 letters after 3 and had already used the obvious word using them. Struggled to find the last 2 so resorted to a random attack and the correct answer was the first and I think only valid word which I hit upon by luck (or call it a process of elimination )
