Statistics November 23-29

A good week for Madsters. Easiest word was SOLID on the 26th with a 3.31 average (3.125 on MM fueled by a couple of stateside buzzards) and hardest word was TAWNY with a 4.18 average. Amazingly 8/9 Madsters got this one in 3 but the average was 3.34 due to one poster being unable to solve the easiest of problems, especially as it had a 'bird' connection

Same as Ronners and EM but with a slightly better start. Today just goes to show that sometimes having wrong letters or letters in the wrong place can often be more telling than having 'greens'. My 3 was almost 'nailed on' after my 2nd guess.
