As mentioned the letter pattern was one that could throw up a lot of options. Worked through them and this looked like the only feasible one - but you’re never sure until you put it in, are you!?

Statistics June 28 - July 4

Not sure what happened but for the first time in a long time the Madsters found the hardest word to be much easier than the easiest word, unless the Wordle folk made a pigs ear of their statistics.

Hardest word BUDDY on June 30 with a 4.38 average (4.00 on MM) and easiest word was THIGH on July 3 with a 3.89 average (4.5 on MM).
