I took it as that, mellow. It made me laugh and, looked at objectively, you're quite right!

I don't think there's a lot of meaningful - or even self-congratulatory - dialogue going on here; it's just a sense of camaraderie that comes from several people doing the same thing at the same time allover the world.

I hope nobody on here is partaking of the global Wordle cheating phenomena to boost their scores. Sad really that people take it that seriously.

I think their cheating radar is way off the mark though because with the days when the words were AROMA and SWILL being the worse for cheating there's no way the most cheats were in NE USA, they must have been in S6

Wendun only does jokes on some days. On other days it's best to avoid him

Another 2 for me today. Either getting lucky or my 1st word strategy is working well. Probably the former.
