A poor 5. Should have been 4 but I wasn’t concentrating. Getting a 3 with that word, CAM, was impressive. I’m guessing the green you got on the second go was the last letter and one of the yellows was the first or fourth?

Green was the 2nd letter and the yellows were what ended up being the 4th and 5th which I had 1st and 3rd respectively in my guess. The word I used as my second guess was the same word I used to get the '1 in a million' on Quordle last week so it has served me well recently.

My 3rd guess was also helped by the fact I'd already ruled out 2 vowels and 3 common consonants in my first guess but I maybe would have got a 2 if I'd gone with my 2nd guess 1st.

PRIZE from yesterday was the hardest word of the week with a 4.72 average (5.57 on MM counting 2 fails as 7s). Easiest was CLOWN with 3.59 average (4.00 on MM).

Yep. I can see it and that if you often interchange the same words when you draw a complete blank on the first word, you could have made it in 2.

I can guess your second word from the first three letters you released. You still had to work a bit to get the right answer from that though…
