I had an error message for three days saying summat about the site using the wrong kind of compression. If it's due to site maintenance then I suppose the best time to do it is when the footy season is over but if thats the case then some communications to that effect from the Footymad admins wouldn't go amiss

Derek, I feel you're correct in that some maintenance is taking place, it normally does this time of the year so patience is called for from those trying to log in. Like you say, a small message to say what's happening would help.

I do, I usually don?t sign in just browse the threads. Very annoying I have to log in every time now to see anything. Will kill the board if it remains like this.

Unfortunately yes.
Like bukaroo says it will kill the board. Lots of people just browse and you shouldn?t have to log in just to do that.

I have to log in each time I change page.

Having to log in each time just to view is a bit of a pain and re login again if not active for a few mins.

Well, I didn't have to log in to view.
But I've had a different problem for last few days.
Threads not being updated. Every time I came on it was same threads with no additional posts latest being on 6/6.
I was just curious if other footymad forums where the same so went to main menu and picked one, which was working fine.
Went back to menu and selected millers mad and got on ok.
I notice the above post was at 1:16 but I definitely wasn't getting anything at that time.
Anybody else had a similar problem?

Tried to get access. Got message please log in.
Entered the details. Said wrong password. Tried it several times no joy.
Ok reset password.
To rest it it asked for email address and England managers first name.
Ok email and Thomas.
Sorry wrong answer. Wtf.

This morning opened it up and it auto logged me in
