Fringe players miles away........Richardson did best out of the lot.....

Cann was ok, looked less nervous than Dawson.......Gore has Little man syndrome, and wants to argue..............

Todays movement against 10 men was shocking, are we fit enough cos lots of other teams make us look slow/

Tonights tactics??? we look not interested. Getting nearer to a Crawly display............

We're playing against 10 men and put another striker on in the 88mins???? Will someone ask MH why?

The manager did as those people wished, we lost against 10 men and found that most of the young players are miles away from being good enough.
      Satisfied now?

You?ve said that before. It?s your only comeback. Mark my words, he loses one home match and it will all collapse

Mcguckin he improved 2nd half worth keeping with will come on more for more game time. Kaleta was lacking on the left 1st half not much better on the right 2nd.

Worst start for a long time short on skill, ability and leadership

            Satdi is crucial regardless

What does that mean "fool me for not seeing the sense of it" that makes no sense at all, please explain what you mean by that.

I never said it was do or die, as normal attack the poster. My comment was about what you said not you as a person. I won't have a slanging match with you because there is no point and it is childish. let me try to explain why i think that game has more significance than you might think.

I agree this competition is not the greatest, but it was a chance for a team that isn't doing very well, that cannot get a result away from home, a team who's confidence is in the gutter to get a positive result. I am a qualified psychologist and failure week in and week out has a massive impact on performance, and puts strains on the relationships within the group, the outcome of which could likely be a relegation fight.

This team is really struggling, this management team are struggling to find a way of turning the corner as a fan that should concern you, it concerns me.

I said "It's a game of no consequence. Hence the juniors."

You said "That's a very silly statement."

I was referring to the first part, and i should have made that clear.

I gave my reasons why i think there is no such thing as a game of no consequence for Rotherham United right now, you might disagree that is fine, all opinions are valid.

Disappointing result, but we're not out of the tournament yet. Think teams have realised that once they get in front, the game's pretty much over.
What I did find strange was two of our players giving a foul away at 0-1, then kicking the ball away. Daft as owt, Jules could have been double yellow carded.Honestly, you couldn't make it up!
Missed the goal, is it one that Dawson would have been blamed for letting in?

It was a cracking goal that most keepers had no chance with

From last night Holmes & Kaleta wouldn't start out wide. Keep it simple not Ted Rodgers 3-2-1! If Sherif not fit stay with McGuckin up front. 3-5-2 it's best formation to get 2 up front.

                            Side v Exeter:

                            Dawson

                            Rafferty Thomas Holmes Baptist

                            Mcwilliams Clarke Hall Powell James

                            McGuckin Etete

                              Are you on drugs?

Mcwilliams has never shown us a good game on the right side, why would we start a CM in a RWB role when he can't defend?

Hall is a natural right back, but you want to play him as a midfielder? He's too lightweight and far better out wide as he can run.

Clarke was absolutely bobbar last night and proved he's miles away from league 1 quality, genuinely might never play at this level.

Mcguckin had 1 good header, a shot that went to Wigan and not much else. Why would he start?

Every day that passes the more I am convinced you're on the windup

Well if you’ll allow me here’s a view from the other side. I think both teams were missing key players, certainly Wanderers had 5 new signings in the team plus an 18 year old kid at RB who’d never even seen the first team before so we weren’t really expecting a classic. I thought that showed in our play because we were pretty disjointed and Gales stupid tackle made the night even more precarious being quite rightly sent off. As for Millers, you really looked pretty slow and toothless if I’m honest and when we tired near the end and with ten men you didn’t really put us under the pressure I expected you would, although I thought Joe Powell added something positive when he came on with some really good crosses but sadly other than one header by McGuckin there was no threat to take advantage of them. I was disappointed that Etete didn’t play because I was looking forward to seeing if he’d improved since he was here. Is he injured again? Anyway good luck in your next couple of games which to be fair you should hopefully win.
