There were positive signs in the first half with some neat passing but where is the backbone in these players when it gets tough? Why can’t we hold on to a lead and grind out a result?I don’t think that was down to Dawson’ s positioning or Rafferty not playing. If does seem deeper than that. There appears to be a losing mentality. Because of the situation was Agbaire brought back a week too soon? Why haven’t we brought Lapado in on a short term contract to bolster the forward line? All these question but who has the answers?

You can't keep sacking managers , otherwise you just go round in circle's, we have get over this very rocky path we find ourselves on at the moment, we have to get big earners off the books ,. So we can bring in some new players , alot of people wanted a younger team , and we have now got one , let them settle , get the injured players back and up to speed ,, give MH time he has been dealt a very bad hand at the moment, with injuries ,which has left him with not many options,,

Agbaire isn't injured though is he? Hamshaw didn't mention anything about that in his post match interview. I thought Agbaire was taken off because he was on a booking and was lucky not to receive a second yellow. Plus, it was his first game back after being out.Originally posted by pipppy View PostThere were positive signs in the first half with some neat passing but where is the backbone in these players when it gets tough? I so want MH to succeed but he doesn’t help himself with his tactics this 3 man back line isn’t working we were v lucky 1st half it wasn’t a penalty and Gore was lucky not to be sent off Agbaire same with his persistent fouling though when he departed we went to,pieces the standard of the football was shocking also 2nd half was just big boot up to Hugill and giving possession back, I could understand it in Champ but these teams we are losing to or poor which makes us even worse, is MH sending them out 2nd half telling Dawson to hit it long, we have some good ball players in midfield Powell Gore Benson let’s use them, I think it’s the mentality side we collapse like a deck of cards when under pressure

I did say Ladapo's contract paid up, mutual agreement with his club Huddersfield Town, & that could the Millers go for him on a short contract.Originally posted by pipppy View PostThere were positive signs in the first half with some neat passing but where is the backbone in these players when it gets tough? [QUOTE=Derbymiller;40755215]Not trying to wind you up. Most of your posts are a good read, but occasionally you come across as intemperate, hence the question that you haven't answered.Originally posted by mygiddypant View PostWhy do you get so irate? We lost to a goal scored in the last minute of normal time. Perhaps you belong to the school of thought that believes we should go a whole season without conceding a goal
Focus on the issues not the posters, I am not going to enter a slanging match with you so don?t waste your time. These are text messages you cannot have any idea what my feelings or emotions are, so please do not try your wind up tactics on me. I would love to read your views about the position we are in, the way the club is run, the fact that we haven?t got a point away from home and we are looking like a team going down, with very poor leadership at all levels, what do you think about the club?
Regarding the club, what can I say that hasn't been repeated, ad nauseam, previously? It is what it is. It's run as a business, and not as an emotional plaything for supporters. If you can't connect with that concept then we are looking at the finances from different viewpoints.
Are we looking like a team going down? You evidently think so, otherwise you wouldn''t ask the question. Do I think so? Given that are only about a quarter of the way into the season, with another transfer window to come, I think it is too early to call. The situation is clearly a concern, but with better players to return I remain optimistic that better things are to come. A couple of weeks ago Donny were being hailed as the next Man City (slight exaggeration), but since they lost three in succession they have become merely mortal like the rest (Stevenage excepted, who are, apparently managed by a demi-god).
Poor leadership at all levels? You clearly know more than I do.

So you're saying that you don't know either Stewart or Hamshaw and you don't care if others do? Yet you know enough to say with some certainty that Stewart's ego is his problem, and that Hamshaw doesn't possess enough football intelligence or insight as he's "way out of his depth"Originally posted by NorthWestCorner View PostDouble standards as usual. "I dont want to get into a debate about budgets but I know you are wrong" and then says I cant cope with a different view!!!
Trouble is on this site, there is a group of you who prentend that they have insider knowledge, or personally know MH. I really dont care. I will post on what I see and that is a club in massive trouble being lead by an egotistical Chairman and a head-coach that is way out of his depth. They need clearing out.
I wont miss your replies!
Won't bother asking for an explanation.

[QUOTE=mygiddypant;40755430]I will answer your question i am not irate, i am frustrated and annoyed, mainly because I believe that MH is stubborn and thinks his way is best, yet we lose a lot. His latest interview sums it up, with comments about: poor second half, same as all season, we are doing the best we can in difficult situations, injuries etc.Originally posted by Derbymiller View Post

He has already stated that the injury situation is down to bad luck (the fairies did it argument) which means he doesn't believe that there is any reason outside of the supernatural that has caused this, yet we have three players that have incurred recurring injuries because he has rushed them back into the starting line up!! Arsenal are having a bad time with injuries yet Arteta stated that they are going to fully investigate all areas to identify the cause. There are many consulting specialists that assist sporting organisations in this area, but that isn't being considered by our club, we know why money!!
My comment on leadership is an opinion based on observations over a number of seasons, I have no contacts in the club and openly admit it is speculation and opinion. The club has few assets, teh playing staff are it's main one, yet we appear relucant to invest in specialists to help find why those assets cannot operate at a level the club needs and the ones we have that have a resale value we fail to manage their contracts, even after we have admitted that has been a problem in the past. So in my opinion that is an example of poor leadership.
MH says "It just wasn’t good enough and I take full responsibility.” which i admire that he puts himself up as the man responsible, and for me his refusal to change his approach and keep pushing 3 CBs is not working and he needs to change it or it will result in more pressure with more defeats than necessary.
