Seeing as James Clarke is an attacking midfielder with a grand total of 15 minutes experience in league football (playing in midfield), I'm willing to stick my neck out and say yes, he is a worse centre back than Agbaire.

McGuckin is probably better than Kaleta if played up front as that's his position. Kaleta is probably better than McGuckin when played at right wing back as that's his position. For some reason you want to play McGuckin out of position on the right.

You seem to have a weird obsession for wanting us to play inexperienced players who you have barely (or never) seen in the wrong position, why is that? It's not a new thing, I remember you wanting us to give Ben Wiles his debut on the left wing in the second leg of a play off semi final.

Kaleta never a wide right player. That's McGuckin his best position probably played in a front 3. Clarke play him tomorrow night see what we've got at centre back.

Does three 'sneaky' wins alter your opinion on the management team?

I'm only going to acknowledge one of those three points because it's too much b*llocks to deal with in one go.

Right, if you really wanted to try out a young centre back tomorrow instead of Raggett, Jules, Baptiste and Agbaire, wouldn't it make a lot more sense to try somebody who actually is a centre back like Douglas or Duncan than play a midfielder there who you have no evidence has any inclination or ability to be a centre back?

McGuckin scores a penalty tonight for Eastleigh in their 2-1 away defeat to Sutton Utd.

That's his third goal for the club, two of which have been penalties.

Even though 2 are penalties, scoring goals
will do his confidence a world of good.

                    Update.......

Eastleigh bring in Ciaran McGuckin from Rotherham United and Luke Skinner from Bristol City in loan moves until January.

That article is from October 4th, the day this thread was opened.

I guess slowly and steady is better than being premature

It came up on the BBC Football website today regarding loans being signed so don't follow you?

As for the LUFC story it may well happen sooner than you think then I can say, 'Told you so"

NB. Yes I've seen the date now but why did that appear on the BBC Footy page today??????????
