Diogo Jota dies in car crash

This is so sad to hear and so young at 28 years of age. He only married his childhood sweetheart two weeks ago, the Mother to his three children. There will be very heavy hearts with those involved with Liverpool FC. The crash also claimed the life of his Brother, Andre Silva.

Sincere condolences to his Wife, their family and friends.

Just missed out on playing against us as he joined Wolves in the Championship at the start of the 2017/18 season which was PW's first in charge in L1 after the Stubbs/Jackett 23pt debacle season. Wolves won the Championship that season so we didn't play them in 2018/19 when we returned. His arrival at Molyneaux saw the departure of one of our old favourites, Nouha Dicko.
