First of all I am really disappointed that we cannot extend our finances to bring back O’Brien, who I thought was brilliant for us during his loan period.
It has all gone quiet on the recruitment front after the midfielder Galbraith signing.
I think we still lack firepower up front and need to sign a striker to complete the squad overhaul.
The club already has forwards Jerry Yates, Florian Bianchini, Liam Cullen, Zan Vipotnik, Bobby Wales, Eom and Ronald, but none are prolific goal scorers.
We are possibly waiting on a loan striker becoming available, or could we be looking for a player from the European leagues to fill the gap. The clock is ticking with the first friendly game in Spain just 9 days away.

Wycombe striker Richard Kone, 12 months left on his contract is being chased by Preston, Swansea and others.
Preston have bid 3.5m, Swansea 4.5m, according to reports. Wycombe want 5m which is a lot considering his contract will soon be up. Developing story.

Luton are at home to Wimbledon tonight on Sky Sports in the League One season opener. He has just been paraded on the pitch in a number 9 Luton top. Signed too late to play in this match.
